Where Mevo started
Mevo began with a small fleet of electric cars on Wellington streets and one straightforward idea: if enough people share good cars, far fewer people need to own one. It caught on.
Mevo became part of how Wellingtonians got around, the big shop, the run to the airport, the weekend up the coast. People gave up second cars. Some gave up cars altogether. That's still the idea.
Mevo is in new hands now and we know what it meant to the people, and we're building it back up, city by city.
