Your plan includes 1,200 km per month. After that, extra kilometres are charged at 12c per km, so you only pay for what you drive.

By how long you keep the car, the longer you commit, the sharper the weekly rate. Prices are shown per week but charged monthly.

When you sign up we take your card details and charge your first full month up front that confirms your spot. After that, we charge the same card at the start of each month. A receipt for each payment (showing GST) is available to view and download in the Mevo app.

Access to the car is paused until the payment's sorted. Keeping your card details current keeps everything running.

Yes let us know at least 14 days before your end date and we'll arrange an extension where the car's available.

Yes, give us 14 days' notice and we'll recalculate your rate to the new end date, with any balance refunded or charged.

Clean, tidy and litter-free, the way you got it. We do a quick damage check at handover and again on return, so anything new is easy to spot. A cleaning fee may apply if it comes backsoiled.

The registered subscriber, who must be 21 or over and have held a full licence for at least a year. For now, additional named drivers aren't available — the car is for the registered subscriber only.

Yes if it's current and from one of NZTA's approved countries.

Any infringement on your car is on-charged to your card on file as we receive it, plus and admin fee.
